The villa is absolutely beautiful. The first thing we noticed as we entered was how clean & fresh it smelled. It is very spacious & extremely well equipped. It had everything we needed & more & was better than described; the villa felt like home from home with plenty of space to chill both in & out. The views at the back were amazing… the mountains to the left, the sea to the right & the beautiful golf course in between. The sunrises were wonderful to watch. The area itself is fairly quiet (minus the planes which you do get used to). My son & his friend ventured out most evenings to the San Blas area. We ate out at the local Irish pub a few times which was great & excellent value, & also caught the bus to Los Cristianos a couple of times. The small supermarkets which are a 5 minute walk away had everything we needed. George’s communication is great & he’s a wonderful host. He has made this a great first Airbnb experience for us! Thank you!

Patogi ir tvarkinga vila su reikiamais patogumais. Tobula lokacija: vila ant kalno, iš terasos atsiveria vaizdas į vandenyną ir naktį žiburiuojantį Costa Adeje miestą, pro langus matoma Teidės viršūnė. Pakankamai ramu ir privatu, bet ne per toli nuo judesio, t.y. parduotuvių, restoranų, paplūdimio. Šeimininkas bendrauja operatyviai ir lanksčiai. Gavome viską ko tikėjomės.

The house was fantastic - beautiful pool area and a garden which is even bigger than it looks in the photos and the kids loved it to run around in. Great different eating areas which was lovely to mix it up and different mealtimes and plenty of shade over them which was great as we travelled with a young baby. Pristine kitchen and well stocked of basics. Lots of bathrooms which was good for a large group. It was very peacefully located which we enjoyed as we weren’t going out that much but it’s better to have a car as it’s a 20/25 min walk to next village. Davide was fantastic - great local reccomendations for restaurants and beaches and the water park. He also lined up local taxis for us which was hugely appreciated and was extra service above the normal of a host. He met us for check in and timed this on our flight arrival which was great so we could get in straight away as we had 4 young kids. Check out was straightforward too. A fantastic stay and we would love to stay again!

The communication before our stay was great, Aneta even sent photos of the cot so we could check it was suitable for a 2yo toddler. Tony sent very clear directions for driving to the property, and he stayed late on a Saturday evening to let us into the property and show us around. The welcome pack was thoughtful given our late arrival! The villa was exactly as described and in the photos, and was spotlessly clean throughout. We had a linen change after 7 days. The astroturf around the pool prevented slips as no wet tiles - but it does get very hot underfoot! There were more than enough loungers, and a large sun umbrella which could be moved around as needed. Also an electric sun canopy over the outside table. The underground parking and gated front entry made it feel very safe. There are a few small shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a big supermarket in nearby Siam Mall. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Tenerife. The warm welcome we received upon arrival made us feel right at home. The villa itself was spacious, with large, comfortable bedrooms and was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. One tip: we highly recommend requesting the pool to be heated—it was such a treat to relax in warm water after a day of sightseeing. The views from the rooftop were stunning and added to the overall charm of the place. The responsiveness of the host was outstanding—any messages we sent were answered promptly, and when we needed an engineer for a minor issue, it was organized quickly and efficiently. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Super endroit pour se détendre, magnifique vue depuis la piscine, le logement est très bien décoré, l’hôte est très amical et réactif. À part l’eau chaude pour la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas quand nous y étions, nous n’avons manqué de rien tout était parfait! Nous y retournerons volontiers à l’avenir si nous avons l’occasion de revenir à Tenerife. :)

Een mooi, ruim huis. Mijn favoriet was het geweldige uitzicht van op het balkon. Badkamers zijn mooi en in orde, we zijn één keer zonder warm water gevallen toen we allemaal tegelijk aan het douchen waren. De verhuurder reageert altijd, en heel snel. De persoon die je ontvangt (in ons geval Anita) is vriendelijk en efficiënt. Het huis ligt hogerop op een helling (wat voor dat geweldig uitzicht zorgt!), dus als je op leeftijd bent kan je daar eventueel rekening mee houden. Alle voorzieningen op wandelafstand. Een auto is wel praktisch. Lees de andere reviews, wat er staat klopt. De foto's kloppen ook. Een aanrader!

This villa provided us more than we were looking for and more than we expected. Spacious, comfortable, easily accommodates 8 adults, great pool and jacuzzi, clean, easy to park, kids friendly, several places to relax outside by the pool or in the huge roof terrace. And once you meet the owner in person you understand exactly why the villa is so functional - built with love, built for family not for renting, and built by an extremely nice guy - Javier, the owner himself. Few things you will need to learn on the fly: how to operate the highly sophisticated induction plate and figure out which light switch controls which light 🙂 The villa sits in a very peaceful area, no disturbance but neighbors, traffic, restaurants. Great sea view from the terrace, 4-min walking distance to the beach... Highly recommended!!!

Group of ten stayed at Marie Teresa's villa for a golf trip. Loads of space to move around in so we were never on top of each other, and the suntrap courtyard/pool area was outstanding. It really is a big villa, and the large gated parking area was perfect as we had three rental cars with us. Could it be improved? Yes. Some updating is required for it to be a truly standout property but value and location were absolutely perfect for our needs, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Mogę naprawdę polecić to miejsce. Dom jest nowy, czysty, z wszystkimi niezbędnymi sprzętami. Gospodarz jest miły, komunikatywny i chętny do pomocy. Basen jest czysty, woda podgrzewana chociaż wciąż lekko chłodna o tej porze roku. Dom jest zlokalizowany w odległości krótkiego spaceru od restauracji i sklepów. Jedynym minusem były budowy obok domu. Ale nie przeszkadzało nam to wielce. Mogę wszystkim polecić to miejsce.

We had the most amazing stay here! Beautiful sea views from the pool and villa by day and a cosy seating area by a fire pit at night made for a holiday from heaven!!! It was just like the photos and was walkable to shops and bars and taxis were so cheap if we wanted to travel further away! Daniela was a super host always on the phone with a restaurant recommendation or to answer any queries! A 5 star villa with 5 star amenities!!! We can’t wait to come back!!

Super verblijf gehad bij Ivan. Prachtig nieuw huis met ongevenaard uitzicht. Rustgevend en in luxe. Alles brandschoon en alle verwachtingen overtroffen. We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Een zeer vriendelijke host die je het verblijf aangenaam wilt maken. Dit is echt vakantie in optima forma. Wij komen hier zeker nog terug!

Just returned from a short stay as a group of 12 and loved every second. The villa is furnished to a very high standard, lovely and modern with all the facilities you could possibly ever need. Immaculately clean, really comfy beds and very responsive & helpful hosts who can’t do enough to help. Washing & drying facilities were a useful feature. Pizza oven & BBQ too! Some of the bathrooms had fancy showers and there was even a jacuzzi bath. Pool was warm enough, even in February. Great views from both terraces. Very quiet location, about a 10/15 minute walk from the shops, bars and seafront. Located on a very steep hill, something to be aware of particularly on the walk home. Taxi’s readily available though. One thing to be aware of, although there are 6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms, one isn’t en-suite and some of the bedrooms have to be walked through to access other parts of the villa/other bedrooms. Wasn’t an issue for us as we’re all friends. We can’t wait to come back!

Wat hebben wij genoten van de prachtige villa! Wat een luxe om in zo’n villa te verblijven. Ruime slaapkamers met eigen badkamer. Perfect als je met een groot gezelschap gaat. We hebben vooral genoten van de mooie en ruime tuin. We waren met 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Iedereen kon gebruik maken van een heerlijk ligbed of ligstoel. Echt heel luxe. Ook genoot iedereen heerlijk van het verwarmde zwembad! We waren er eind oktober, dus dat was echt top! Van de keuken hebben we ook dagelijks gebruik van gemaakt. Ideaal dat alles compleet is. Genoeg borden, glazen maar ook kruiden e.d. die je kan gebruiken. Alles is aanwezig in de keuken. De bbq was ook top, ideaal om gezellig buiten te eten. De locatie is ook goed. Naar het strand is met de auto ongeveer 8 minuten. En naar de luchthaven TFS ben je ook met ong 20 minuten. (Afhankelijk van de verkeersdrukte). De communicatie met Laurence was ook heel prettig! Reageert snel en heel attent. Echt een aanrader!! :-) dankjewel voor alles!

Absolutely wonderful Villa in a beautiful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we had a very positive experience. Sad to leave.

This villa is a lot bigger than the pictures, for our grown up family of 5 this suited us perfectly, all four bedrooms have en suites and the living area was so big and comfortable with wonderful views, the kitchen is great for cooking for a family, the pool was a real treat with spectacular views across Los Gigantes and the sea, it’s a relatively good walk down to the town with lots of restaurants and bars and good selection of food shops, the walk back up is hard though so there are great taxis in the town that charge just under 5 euros, we would definitely go back to this villa !

Wonderful place in a quiet area and nice neigborhood. Short way to the small city - just 5 minutes to the nearest shop, restaurant, coffe...A house good for family. Just be careful with bigger cars - it´s a bit tricky to get right infront of the house (which is mostly necessary with a lot of baggage and toddlers). But there is a near parking lot and a 150m pathwalk to get directly to the house. Super helpful guy and absolutely clean and worth-every-euro place.

Wonderful apartment in a very peaceful location near the beach. Very quiet village location with no bars or restaurants so you do need to hire a car. We were happy to stay and cook for ourselves and enjoy the beautiful location. Lots of helpful advice from the host regarding things to do and places to eat nearby. Very clean apartment with everything you need and a private terrace overlooking the sea and beautiful valley.

Vid incheckningen fanns vatten, vin och fruktskål, mycket uppskattat! Barnen älskade att poolen var uppvärmd! Det fanns bra utbud av handdukar och riktiga täcken i påslakanen. Vi tyckte också om att det fanns bord ute med skön soffa där vi kunde äta frukost. Jag skulle gärna bo i villan igen om vi ska till Puerto de la Cruz.

We had such a wonderful time staying in the South! The property was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful, lush landscaping. The bar and heated swimming pool were such lovely touches. We also really enjoyed how easy it was to explore the area— a mini supermarket was just around the corner, there were charming shops and restaurants just a short 10-15 minute walk away, and nearby towns were only a quick drive. The villa itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and made us feel right at home. We were a little concerned about the proximity to the airport, but we were pleasantly surprised—there was never any disturbing noise from planes and no air traffic at all during the night. The host was truly great. He left us with no doubts or questions with his clear and open communication and made himself available if we needed any sort of help. He was all you desire in a host, very friendly and professional. All five of us truly loved our stay—it was the perfect spot for a getaway!

Mooi huisje met privé-zwembadje en privé-parkeerplaats. Heerlijke tuin met ligbedden, tafel, stoelen, parasol en buitendouche. Vanuit de tuin een prachtig uitzicht op El Teide. Prima woonkamer en keuken. Oven, kookplaat, magnetron en koel-/vriescombinatie aanwezig. Badkamer met een goede regendouche. Ruime slaapkamer. Prima bed en genoeg kastruimte. Wij verbleven er 10 nachten en kregen twee keer handdoeken en badhanddoeken wissel en één keer lakens en kussenslopen. Goed geregeld! Er zijn basisspullen aanwezig: wc-papier, vuiniszakken, afwasmiddel, zout, koffie. Extra leuke bijkomstigheid: de wijn, twee flessen water, chocolade en magdalenas. De Mercadona, grote supermarkt, ligt voor de deur. Beneden aan de weg zit een bakker. Er zitten een aantal goede restaurants in Icod. Fran is een uitstekende host. Hij reageert snel op berichten. Hij geeft veel opties voor restaurants en dingen om te zien op het eiland. Fran, nogmaals dank voor de heerlijke wijn. Gracias por todos Fran!

Great place with a wonderful view over the ocean. The place is well equipped with all you need and it is only a short drive about 15 minutes to the nearest towns. Would definitely recommend the place!
