The accomodation was beautifully presented with lots of little welcoming touches. There was plenty of space and thoughtful additions to make our stay memorable. It was exactly what we hoped it would be and more! Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

Colleen & John’s unit is great! It was immaculate and everything you could want provided. It is true to the description and photos. The location is perfect, right on The Strand and close to a large choice of eateries and Coles around the corner. Thank you Colleen for the much appreciated welcome breakfast pack. This was our first Air BnB experience so John came and met us to show us the checkin procedures which was much appreciated. We will definitely stay at John & Colleens unit again next time we are in Townsville.

Coastal Comfort - 1 bedroom beachfront apartment

Had a great stay at Coastal Comfort. Very convenient place right next to the strand beach with walking distance to almost everything. Clean, tidy and very attractive. Couldn’t ask more for the price paid, super worth for the money paid. Thanks Dan for hosting us.

Apartment was as advertised, the corner apartments at each end of the building are more spacious than the rest of the rooms on that level, so that is a bonus. Great view of the Strand and the ocean.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was always responsive in a timely manner. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Small, neat, and beautifully located townhouse, a 2 minute walk to the beach at Alma. Comfortably accommodated family of four, including two pre-teen kids. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry out the back. Highly recommend. Susan was great to deal with.

Essence Beachfront Retreat

Beautiful service from Best Of Magnetic, stunning property in a magic location. Private, romantic and practical. Furniture needs an update and the back patio was covered in green ants which might be just part of the charm but all in all a really wonderful weekend spent in Essence.

We were blown away by our stay here. So wonderful to have everything you need to cook and be comfortable. It’s a short walk to the Arcadia pub, Alma bay and the snorkel trail at Geoffrey Bay but our favourite thing was the local kookaburras and birds that would hang around the gardens and balcony.

A very enjoyable stay and Steve's super fast and friendly responsiveness made the stay very comfortable. The apartment is brilliantly located and ticked all the boxes for walking along the strand, going out for a feed and immersing in the Townsville lifestyle. Thanks Steve, see you again real soon.

As described and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Will and a big thanks also to the ladies at "Best of Magnetic office" who helped with check in and getting us to the apartment on a day where it was absolutely bucketing down. Very much appreciated. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our frustration was trying to get an answer about was was not included ie shampoo and the essentials pack, which Airbnb indicated in their website was not included. Trying to find out exactly what was included in the essentials was not easy and required phone calls. This may be a minor issue to some but we needed to know so that we knew what to bring. The website for this listing needs to be amended.

Great unit in a perfect setting on Magnetic Island. It was great to get a transfer to the unit from Nelly Bay. Flexible hosts around dropping off keys etc. Unit was exactly as advertised and helped make our stay a memorable one!

Beautiful Unit recommend it to All. Gardens just need a good tidy up was very hard getting into doggy’s run. Excellent Location. Ally was Awesome to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Josh's place felt cozy and spacious at the same time. How is that possible? A lot of thought has gone into making all the features accessible in a small space, while leaving a good area free to relax and enjoy the view of the sea.

The home is beautiful. Location is great and easy access to the beach. Caroline has thought of all the little things that makes a home a home. Plenty of amenities close by and loads of space inside the home. We’re looking forward to another visit soon!

We loved our stay at Coastal Corner! The photos don’t do it justice just how beautiful and spacious this home is. The pool was a perfect temperature with a lovely outdoor area to sit and enjoy the warm Townsville weather. The home had everything we needed to feel right at home.

Beautiful stay with amazing view of the beach from the balcony. Wendy is good communication with me when asked questions. The place is so cosy. The area is so quiet and peaceful to walk around. It has good shops nearby only 10 mins walk. Would come back again.

Beautiful little beach shack right on Saunders Beach. Nothing too fancy but a really nice quaint and comfortable place a few nights stay. Big kitchen with all utensils and basic ingredients needed for cooking, and lots of nice little touches which made the place homey.
