Ons verblijf in dit appartement was fantastisch! De locatie is perfect – centraal gelegen en dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt, zoals restaurants, winkels en openbaar vervoer. Het appartement zelf is modern, netjes en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Alles was brandschoon bij aankomst, wat direct een fijne indruk gaf. De inrichting is smaakvol en comfortabel, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. Daarnaast was de communicatie met de host vlot en vriendelijk. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die een zorgeloos en prettig verblijf zoekt!

ik heb een fijne tijd gehad op deze locatie. vanuit hier was het makkelijk om verschillende leuke uitstapjes te maken. winkels waren op loopafstand. communicatie met Joanna verliep soepel, ze reageerde snel en vriendelijk en was bovendien flexibel met de in en uit check tijden. als ik weer in de buurt ben, kom ik zeker terug. erg fijn!

très bonne adresse, à un quart d'heure à pied du centre historique. Appartement très propre et très agréable. Belle vue sur la ville.

Was a nice and sweet place to stay. Loved it. Washing machine is loud, wouldn't recommend for stay with kids, because of safety issues. Great place for couple! Recommend.

I loved staying here. It’s super peaceful, cosy and relaxing. Great space for solo travellers, writers, creatives too with green views. Anna is very attentive and quick to respond. Good locations and near lots of green spaces, shops and transport. I recommend this place.

Super jakość do ceny. Mieszkanie bardzo duże, byliśmy w 5 osób i było nadal sporo miejsca. Każdy miał czyste, duże ręczniki. W mieszkaniu zaskoczyła nas bardzo duża ilość przedmiotów dla mały dzieci, co rzadko się zdarza w takich miejscach (wanienka dla dzieci, krzesełko do jedzenia, pluszak, nakładka na toaletę). W kuchni dużo naczyń i przyrządów kuchennych. Lokalizacja bardzo na plus ( 2 minuty do przystanku tramwajowego; 9 minut do Pałacu Kultury i Nauki), cicho i spokojnie. Minimalnym minusem chyba był tylko brak suszarki oraz brak oleju do smażenia, a tak to wszystko było dobrze. Komunikacja z właścicielem również bardzo sprawna i szybka. Przed zameldowaniem dostaliśmy dokładny filmik jak trafić do klatki.

I had a wonderful stay at Karolina’s apartment staying for almost 2 months. The apartment itself is beautiful and very comfortable which made me feel at home, it is situated in a very nice quiet area near the old town with many great restaurants and coffee shops along nice museums and churches. The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, a well equipped kitchen with espresso machine, microwave and oven, a beautiful bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a nice large living area with comfortable sofa, big TV with cable service, large table with plenty of chairs. Bathroom is very clean, with a good shower and a very efficient and modern washing machine. It is one of the best apartments in which I have ever stayed and I highly recommend it for anyone needing a place in Warsaw long-term or short-term. Hosts (Karolina & Lukasz) were very gracious, accommodating and generous, we had excellent communication and interactions. Thank you for hosting me!

Zdecydowanie polecam! Mieszkanie z duszą i klimatem ✨ Na wejsciu od razu ujął mnie zapach. Piękny widok z tarasu, czysto i ciepło. Wszystko co potrzebne bylo na miejscu, zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Polecam i dodaje do ulubionych ☺️

Wonderful place! Clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. The kitchen is fantastic, and there’s a peaceful workspace if you need to squeeze in some work hours. The location is excellent—walking distance to grocery stores and a gorgeous park where I enjoyed a walk every day. Highly recommend!

We came to Warsaw to a concert in Progresja music hall. This place was a perfect staying at spot, it was near Progresja and also not so far from the city centre. There’s a bus stop nearby from where you can get to pretty much anywhere in the city. The host was also very helpful and friendly. I definatelly recommend this place:)

Po raz drugi zostajemy u Pani Elżbiety i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu! Dobra lokalizacja, piękny apartament i przemiła Pani. Na pewno nie po raz ostatni tu byliśmy. Gorąco polecamy!😊

Soggiorno con bambini, confortevole, ampia zona giorno e tutto il necessario in casa/cucina ecc… Molto Soddisfatti, consiglio a famiglie! Michal sempre pronto nelle risposte e disponibile a lasciarci un po’ di più in casa al check out , davvero apprezzato!! Zona perfetta, nel cuore del centro storico ma a pochi passi da mezzi e taxy!

The apartment is located in the city center near to the Palace Of Culture, public transport and a lot of nice restaurants. The distance to the Old Town was walkable. The apartment was exactly the same as was described, there is a lot of space and everything needed for the stays. Vitalii was very responsive and it was very easy to communicate with him. I can recommend the place for sure.

Wladyslaw's apartment was well equipped and clean and very silent. Location is super in the heart of the beautiful pedestrian historic new town (old town) with restaurants, bars and a small convenient supermarket downstairs. Highly reccomended

Lovely house !!! We enjoyed our stay a lot in Tatiana and Hany's place, firstly we are thankful to them to make our stay easy, they were very responsive answering our questions on time. The house is very cozy and artistic, beautifully decorated with plants and arts, the bed and shower were comfortable. Generally, the house was clean and fully equipped. We definitely recommend this place. We were with car, free parking spot in the building made it easier for us. Thank you once again.

Hot tub, sauna & massage chair was great! Bed was comfortable! Place was clean!

An oasis of calm in the most wonderful green part of Warsaw. The apartment is gorgeous and welcoming and has everything you could possibly need! And the location, just next to the Metro, is second to none. Kabaty is a great neighbourhood to be in and Inbar has some lovely recommendations for the area. I can’t recommend highly enough - this lovely flat is a gem!!

A hidden gem in the heart of Old Town. Very home-y, convenient and easy to reach. Piotr is a great host: communicative, responsive and very kind.

Agnieszka was a super host ! Really nice and ready to give us tips about everything (restaurants, how to reach places, shops etc). The apartment is super comfortable, in a really quiet place (we slept like babies) and you can reach easily the metro Everything was super clean :) we for sure recommend this apartment! We really enjoyed our days in Warsaw!! :)

A very quiet apartment in a perfect location. The only problems were that we had to prepare the second bed by ourselves and there was a very bad smell in the building but everything else was perfect.
