This was the second time we have stayed as a family at Graham's house when visiting Suffolk, and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. Graham was a great host who was able to accommodate our requested dates and offered a flexible check-in. The house is really well equipped and clean and in a lovely location with a lot of character. The beds are very comfy too, and we really valued the treats on arrival to toast the New Year - thank you so much - would highly recommend staying here!

We’ve just arrived home after a 2 night stay at James’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped. James kindly let us check in early as it was cleaned and ready for us. Nice and quiet area and lovely warm indoor pool. There is a pub opposite where everyone was very friendly and darts and pool is free. We had fish and chips delivered from Oulton Road fish and chip shop and they were amazing. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Our extended family loved staying at Burrow to celebrate a 40th. We enjoyed meals around the kitchen table and aga, a freezing dip in the natural pool and warming up in the sauna. A great place to explore Suffolk’s coast and countryside. Helen was warm and lovely. Recommended!

Perfect accommodation for the Family. Busy but not rushed. Swimming pool a fantastic bonus. Grandchildren and myself swam every day. Other adults enjoyed the sauna as well. Didn't travel far from our home to get there but had such a brilliant time it could have been anywhere. Dogs loved the garden and beach. Number 14 was lovely to stay in, our first holiday with our toddler so we called it the little house. We had everything we needed and it was so easy to find nice walks for our dog. The walk to the park along the broads was nice. We recommend the chalet and the cafe in the park. It was cosy. clean, with lots of room and a nice open plan layout we would really like to come again soon.

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

Wonderful house in great location. Dunwich and surrounding area is one of our favourite places and this is a perfect house. Very close to the great Ship pub and the sea. House beautifully laid out and decorated. Great to have the two sitting rooms. Lots of room for eight of us. Kitchen really well equipped and lovely to eat in. Views from top front bedrooms over the marches to the sea really wonderful - saw deer and kestrel every day. Great garden for summertime- a bit cold in January! Certainly one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in

We loved our stay at Kristel’s place. It’s all tastefully decorated, everything looked brand new. The house is very comfortable and felt very homely. We loved being close to everything in Wells but at the same time tucked away a little making the surroundings very peaceful. Welcome pack and toiletries are a very nice touch. Very convenient to have private parking space as well. Kristel was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we’ve had.

We had a fantastic four night stay. The property is very easy to find and the check in instructions very clear and easy. There was a beautiful lemon drizzle cake and some lovely apple juice waiting for us on arrival which was much appreciated and enjoyed by everyone. There were 7 of us but the property is very spacious and laid out in such a way that we never felt on top of each other. It is also extremely cosy and welcoming. When we ate in we could all fit round the table comfortably and when we sat down in the evening to relax there was ample room for everyone to be comfortable. This is probably the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The range of crockery, glasses, pots and pans etc is enormous and there was nothing we needed that we didn’t find. Frances is a very responsive, friendly and efficient host and we would love to return in the future.

The house was even better than the pictures, so inviting and easy to settle straight in and begin to relax and explore the lovely village of Holt. Super clean, cosy, very well equipped kitchen, beautiful clean white bedding and such style throughout the house. I was in love with their radiators! ;) We only had two nights, so the ease of the stay was wonderful. All the extra touches really made it wonderful, the scrumptious cake and fizz on arrival, the local hand and dish soap and the cute pillows on the bed with the house's name to name just a few. Communication from Scott was first class with tons of helpful information on the area, plenty to dive in to and start enjoying our stay. We loved our mini vacation, it broke up half term perfectly and would love to stay at Parva House again one day - with more nights next time ;)

Our 4th stay here and loved it once again! Perfect location to enjoy this incredible part of the country. House is great as always and Sophie was on hand to help when needed. Already booked to come back later this year!

The cottage was more than we expected, all of it!! We felt at home as soon as we walked in - thank you so much Cate & for the very generous treats - flowers, chocolates plus bread, butter & milk - how lovely is that?! Our dog Winnie LOVED the garden & as the weather was so gorgeous we even managed a G&T on the patio - at the beginning of March!! Cate also kindly held onto one of our forgotten bags until we returned to get it a few hours later 🙈🙈

Very cosy home even though it was freezing outside we felt very comfortable and the house was lovely and warm. Great location and we will return when it warms up as we have family who live close by. Exactly as it looks in the pictures.

The house was amazing in person. The photos don’t do it justice. Luke was very welcoming and accommodating as well. Extremely clean and spacious house to spend time with family, celebrate, or just relax. There was beautiful weather so the views were top notch! We would definitely book again in the future. Stayed at this Airbnb for my 20th birthday celebration. The house was very spacious and cosy, the place was nice and clean and all instructions were clear.

I came here to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends and family. The house was perfect for the weekend. It’s spacious and in a great location for access to Southwold, which has entertainment for kids and adults alike (beach for kids, brewery for adults!). The kitchen area was great for hosting such a large group (there were 10 of us inc kids). The living room was relaxing with nice large sofas. The host was very helpful and responsive from start to finish, and I would recommend this place if you want to visit Southwold or have somewhere to relax.

We recently stayed here and it was a great spot for a peaceful getaway with friends. The house was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The outdoor space has potential if you are lucky to have good weather as you can spend evenings chatting or just lounging around on Jacuzzi and BBQ.

Tommy's house was lovely, spacious, clean and with all the amenities, short walk to the beach and some lovely local restaurants, pubs and shops. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us and Scrappy Doo was very appreciative of the doggy treats. Well secured garden, very comfortable beds and the shower was very spacious which was excellent for me as I have a disability and find smaller showers a bit of a problem. We fell in love with Walcott and stayed an extra night for valentines. Highly recommended. Great communication too.
