I had an amazing stay! The place was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The location is great, just a short walk to lots of restaurants and coffee places, making it easy to explore. All the pictures are accurate. Highly recommend!

Juan and Alby were gracious hosts. Our previous rental was cancelled and they were very cooperative in getting our reservation solidified with our 3 day window for our family. I have stayed in quite a few Airbnbs over the past 15 years, but this location was super clean, organized and within reach of all the Newport. For a historic building, the place is maintained exceptionally well. The rooms are all newly renovated, spacious and clean. However, because it is an old building, some squeaks in the floor and pipes are inevitable. Especially for the bedroom on the first floor, there will be constant noises from the heater and pipes. But, other than that, the place is beautiful and we generally enjoyed our stay!

This was a last minute booking for our family for a quick getaway. It’s a serene setting that gave us exactly the recharge that we needed. We very much appreciated the host’s flexibility and responsiveness.

I had a short window to find temporary housing for moving to Boston and Ryan was quick to respond and very helpful. The Airbnb has a beautiful view and is located near some extremely good restaurants, the kitchen is great and was stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils needed to cook any meal needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Looked exactly as pictured, great spot for couple. Easy walk to beach and Newport Cliff Walk. Downtown Newport 5-7 minute drive.
