The place was nice and clean. Location was a small town with most places at walkable distance.

It was a really nice stay during a conference I was in town for. Very conveniently close to the site, so much so that I was able to just walk 10 minutes through the gorgeous neighborhood surrounding the place.

Ashley’s place was clean, cozy, adorable, and we felt right at home. Host was responsive with fantastic instructions that were easy to follow.

The location was beautiful and we loved the town of Parkville. It was such a cute and proud town with plenty of food options and shopping. Only being 15 minutes from Downtown KC was great too. The room itself was great, super clean and spacious for two people and had all the amenities we needed. I wish there was a dining room table for us to eat at but that’s it. It was extremely cold when we went (low teens in the day and single digits at night). I feel the space struggled to stay warm during these extreme temps, and when we plugged in both space heaters available it would blow the fuse. This wouldn’t have been a problem if there were more blankets/thicker comforter available. We ended up needing to sleep with hoodies on. Otherwise, extremely enjoyable stay, we’d love to come back in the spring or fall time to really take in the small town. Hosts were great at communicating quickly and friendly. Check in/check out process was very simple. Parking was not hard to find.

The place was affordable and convenient for our two night stay! Close to many restaurants and walkable to Nelson-Atkins! Parking was easy in our experience and the place was nice and it was quiet despite being near so much! We both had a lovely stay!

The location was perfect, with the public library, parks, and shopping nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Shawn and their property highly enough.

this unit near Parkville was better than I could've imagined and the best value ever for all it offered. Not only was it good value, but it had wonderful, comfy beds, beautiful linens, lighted, make up mirrors, everything I could ask for at a price I could afford ! Exquisite little sanctuary walking distance to the center of Parkville! Score! ✨ Annette is one of those Airbnb hosts who just go above and beyond! She's amazing and so caring, attention to every detail with so much care . she was flexible with me about check-in and Checkout, which was very helpful and when I locked my keys in the unit, she was there to help me within minutes. Truly could not give her or this sweet home any higher accolades. She brought in extra things for me because I was going to need to cook during my stay. She checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed, was wonderful to communicate with, went out of her way to ensure our safety after the parking lot got slippery after a snowstorm. Thank you!

Easy. Centrally located to several great areas. Perfect for an easy private place to stay. Would recommend. Hosts made everything super easy and welcoming.

My family and I stayed at Alice’s for a soccer tournament weekend. It was centrally located between two playing fields (Garmin & Compass Minerals Sporting Fields). It’s also very close to Ikea & a favorite restaurant, El Pulgarcito. We had a great stay at Alice’s. Our 9 year old absolutely loved the raising TV & springy cots. It is an open basement layout, but this worked fine for our small family. We were very comfortable there. And Alice’s was super response. Definitely recommend.

We were only in town for a few days, but we had a great stay at Kellie's. There is a really cute bagel shop around the corner and a public bike rack where we were able to rent bikes and bike into downtown (roughly 30 min). Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Nichole is very responsive and a wonderful host. The directions are lengthy but accurate and once you get settled in it’s super easy to explore the layout of all the listed amenities. This was our second time staying at Nichole’s place and it was absolutely wonderful !

We settled right in and loved our stay. The house was quiet on a nice street. Walkable to restaurants and Whole Foods. We loved the hot tub and peaceful interior.
