Then you will get familiar with all our birds, and the way our breeding station operates to save various endangered species. And finally, you will participate in feeding the birds of prey, including our bald eagle Helen, vulture Omar, a group of Harris hawks and a few others. They will fly just above your heads, and they will land on your arm protected by a special leather glove. This is a hands-on experience, quite literally! We will finish off by showcasing the training of the fastest bird of prey on the planet, our falcon named Gulliver. ❄️ This is a year-round, all-weather event. Even though it takes place mostly in the open air, a heated garden house, as well as several heaters located outside, are always at our guests' disposal. Moreover, our birds do not appreciate the summer temperatures as much as us, humans, and tend to fly a bit better during winter.

We drive through the romantic alleys where many shops are located , in the air we can smell the inviting aroma coming out the restaurants that serve typical Roman dishes. At each place, we will get pictures taken by the staff or from me. Each stop will be 10-15 minutes and the guests are free to visit the locations alone if they wish so.. Aah yes, the beautiful pictures of Aurora Borealis! The best that Lapland has to offer, the Northern Lights, right? Im going to be totally honest with you: To see the Aurora is all about luck. Thats why I want you to experience other great Lappish things in a small group; to have a good time for four hours with open fire, Lappish / Finnish food, drinks & treats, stories, views, the polar night, the surrounding nature and atmosphere. And if we are lucky, the skies are clear and the universe serves us right, the Aurora Borealis will add a final touch to our shared traditional Lappish experience in the winter nature. Heres what is going to happen: –Maximum amount of people on the experience is 4. – I will pick you up at 18.00 sharp – I use four different locations depending on the weather & forecast, all of them have roughly the same “schedule”: – A short walk through the night forrest – We start a fire at the lean-to. – Free hanging around the area, spotting the borealis ect. while I cook. – The Dinner – We can try to figure out do the Borealis really hum... – I will watch the borealis radar – If theres no Borealis by the first place, we head on top Ounasvaara for different views & change for Sledging – I will drop you off where you want Other things to note: The car we use is a 2017 Dacia Duster 4x4. Be prepared to live a unique experience, in contact with dogs and nature! Take a break from the city chaos that fills our days every day. After an introduction to the world of truffles, we will begin our hunt. You will see how the trained dogs hunt for truffles and the passion they have, this being a very rewarding activity for them. Depending on the period we will go to different types of woods and the meeting point may change. Truffle hunting is also accessible to children (my dogs will be happy to play with them!). After the truffle hunting we will have a lunch with truffle dishes. The menu is vast so I don't suggest you have a big breakfast! We also have menus for vegetarians, celiacs, vegans and we can also change it according to your allergies or intolerances. During lunch we will have the opportunity to get to know each other better, drinking good wine and eating fresh seasonal truffles. Other things to remember. Long, comfortable trousers are required (ankles must be covered). I also suggest wearing a pair of boots. If you don't have them, sneakers are fine too.

The experience starts in front of the Dubrovnik Tourist Board on Pile Square. The first stop takes us to Kolorina Bay which was one of the main filming locations for Blackwater Bay, the docks of King's Landing amongst other. After that we'll walk up the staircase to fort Lovrijenac, setting for inside scenes of the Red Keep and many more. The next location to visit is Old Town. Here you see many different filming locations including Cersei's iconic "Walk of Shame". The last part takes you to the "Throne Room" to take a picture on the Iron Throne. You’ll be part of our crazy big family for a day and join us as we walk the tiny medieval streets of Palombara Sabina to Grandma’s kitchen, located in the old winepress where our great-grandpas used to make wine that the community tapped straight from the barrel (or in Grandma's home... according to the weather). It's a special place for our family and the entire village. We will cook Ravioli, Fettuccine and Farfalle... you will be in a food coma at the end of the experience!
