If you're an experienced traveler who loves history and learning about other cultures this is the tour for you! We will meet right in front of the Cholula train station. The first stop on the walking tour is the Iglesia de los Remedios, the famous church built on top of the pyramid. After visiting the church and hearing all its stories you will enjoy a stunning panoramic view of Cholula, Puebla, and the volcanos. From there we will walk around the Great Pyramid and you will learn all about life in Prehispanic Cholula and how the pyramid was built as you admire some of the ruins. The next stop is the local cemetery. Here you will observe some of the more modern aspects of Cholula’s current population and learn how some Prehispanic elements have managed to survive into the present. Then we will walk by the Prehispanic ceremonial center with several pyramids and ruins. Your will understand the importance of Cholula in ancient times and experience the grandeur of this amazing religious center. From there you will take a final walk down to the San Gabriel Complex where you will see the main church and the Royal Chapel. You will also visit the incredible 16th century murals in the Franciscan Convent and learn about the Colonial history of Cholula. Our walking tour ends at the Zocalo of San Pedro Cholula.

First, we will meet at the fountain localized in the main square of San Pedro Cholula, the millennium-old town outside Puebla. We will walk through the main square and into the 16th Century Convent of San Gabriel Arcángel and its Capilla Real, to discover its unique architectural features and fascinating history, as well as the traditions of Cholula, where Spanish-Catholic conquests met indigenous rituals which take place to this day. We will head to another 16th Century chapel to admire its altarpiece and learn about the traditions of Cholula, where Spanish-Catholic conquests met indigenous rituals which take place to this day. Next, we will walk through the largest-based pyramid in the world, and walk up to the church of Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, which sits on top of the pyramid. Finally, we will visit the Regional Museum where you can learn a lot more about Cholula and some other Mexican civilizations and art exhibitions. Other things to note It's a lot of walking, bring comfortable shoes. The climb up the pyramid might be taxing to some people. The tunnels in the pyramid might be a challenge for claustrophobic travelers.

Al iniciar breve plática de aspectos fundamentales, después cada jinete tendrá un acercamiento con su caballo a través del cepillado y ensillado de manera asistida; posteriormente se dará clase de manejo del caballo dentro de nuestras instalaciones para poder iniciar el recorrido fuera de las instalaciones y recorrer las maravillosas montañas de Amatlan de Quetzalcóatl en donde podrás experimentar con nosotros la emoción de cabalgar por increíbles paisajes, cuevas, ríos (según época del año) y conocer toda la belleza de la región. La cabalgata tendrá una duración de hora y media. La experiencia fotográfica está pensada para hacerse en alguno de los puntos de la Ciudad de Puebla y Cholula, en un evento específico, celebración (bautizos, cumpleaños, bodas y 15 años), donde te agrade puedo acompañarte. No importa si son locales o turistas, podemos capturar su mejor momento en el estado de Puebla. Por favor mencionar locación en el chat antes de la sesión para organizar el encuentro y compartir el brief de poses. Por el tiempo nos da oportunidad de tener dos a tres cambios de ropa. Realizaremos un circuito fotográfico en los lugares más top. Terminando la sesión, recibirán todas sus fotos/ video en carpeta digital de 24-72 hrs después. También puedo llevar props como tapetes, canastas, globos, bufandas, alguna flor, etc. Favor de avisar por el chat con anticipación. ¡Estoy emocionada por tener la oportunidad de fotografiar los momentos más lindos de sus seres queridos!

El tradicional mole es el orgullo de Puebla, una mezcla de chiles, frutos secos y chocolate, que nos llena la pancita del calor y amor de las amas de casa poblanas. Jorge y yo te enseñaremos a prepararlo de forma artesanal en nuestro restaurante barroco ubicado en el Centro Histórico de Puebla, Podras preprar un platillo como es: mole poblano, Chiles en nogada, Pipián Rojo, pipián verde, mancha manteles, postres y cócteles, hacen parte de las recetas que te compartiremos en esta experiencia. La experiencia comienza al encontrarnos en la estrella de Puebla. Más allá de sólo probar el mezcal, queremos acercar a las personas el trabajo que hay desde que se saca del suelo el agave hasta que se destila y se convierte en mezcal. Es por ello que te llevaremos a la comunidad que que forma parte de la mixteca poblana y hoy se integra a la ruta del mezcal, donde podrás conocer todo el proceso de inicio a fin . Comenzaremos por recorrer a pie los sembradíos en donde está cultivado el agave. Aprenderás de los distintos tipos que crecen en nuestro suelo poblano, sus características y la importancia que tiene para el ecosistema. Posteriormente te llevaremos al palenque para que conozcas el proceso de producción desde el cocido hasta el destilado; de la mano de maestros mezcaleros tendrás una explicación detallada de este proceso y sus técnicas ancestrales que aún se conservan en la región. Degustarás de una manera práctica, sencilla y amigable de esta bebida de dioses identificando los diferentes notas que existen, también acompañaremos con un refrigerio con el cual combinarás sabores y texturas. Podrás tomar fotografías y regresaremos a Puebla para concluir la experiencia. Otros aspectos destacables Se requieren programarse para 4 o 5 horas de experiencia que es el tiempo que nos llevará hacer el recorrido. Preferentemente se iniciarán los recorridos en horarios anteriores de las 13:00 hrs.

Debido al éxito de la experiencia que ofrezco de "Cholula prehispánica, comida y pirámides" donde soy coanfitrión, decidí ofrecer solo un tour enfocado a la gastronomía prehispánica. Conoce las costumbres de la alimentación en tiempos prehispánicos, sus utensilios, los ingredientes nativos, sus técnicas de cocción y la gran conexión con la naturaleza y su alimentación cotidiana y ritual en compañía de un chef local. El recorrido inicia en el Zócalo de San Pedro Cholula (punto de reunión) donde tendremos una explicación del mercado en tiempos prehispánicos, su sistema de intercambio y los ingredientes utilizados. Después nos dirigiremos al mercado municipal de San Pedro Cholula donde tendremos un recorrido con la explicación de los utensilios y las técnicas de cocción. Durante este recorrido podremos degustar algunos alimentos y bebidas que se siguen consumiendo actualmente.

Journey back to Cholula's Prehispanic era in the company of an archaeologist and a chef for a one of a kind adventure that includes a short walking tour and a complete Prehispanic meal. We will meet right in front of the Cholula train station. First, we will walk up to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Remedies, the famous church built over the world's largest pyramid. We will then walk around the ancient center. I will give you an in depth explanation about Cholula's ancient history and the way people lived in the Prehispanic era while we admire some of the ruins. We will then take a 15 minute walk along the streets of one of Cholula's oldest "barrios" (neighborhoods) where an urban art initiative has fused with a very old traditional lifestyle. Then we will arrive at the home of a local chef where you will be served a seven course meal. You will taste an indigenous beverage called pulque. We will explain all about Prehispanic gastronomy and how ancient foods were made using traditional techniques and materials. After a demonstration from the chef you will have the opportunity to prepare one of the Prehispanic recipes included in the menu. You will enjoy these ancient recipes made with natural, seasonal, and local ingredients while also learning about the history of each dish.

Primero te recibiremos en la casa para luego partir hacia un mercado local a pocos minutos de la casa. Ahí aprenderás sobre las características de los ingredientes y sus usos prácticos, además podrás sumergirte completamente en el folklor que envuelve a un mercado poblano. Al terminar la compra de ingredientes y la visita, volveremos a cocinar. Entre las recetas que podrías preparar están: el mole poblano, las chalupas, los pipianes verde o rojo, la tinga poblana, chiles rellenos, atoles y más deliciosas recetas. Durante la sesión prepararemos un menú completo con una entrada, un plato fuerte y una bebida de temporada. Al finalizar el taller, podrás degustar los platillos en nuestro comedor o llevarte lo preparado. Degustarás cervezas artesanales de 3 casas productoras donde podrás comparar los sabores y texturas. Conocerás parte de la historia de Cholula y su Gran Pirámide.. El recorrido entre casas cerveceras lo harás en un tradicional tranvía turístico.

Esta tiene el propósito de mostrar al visitante las bellezas de la ciudad sagrada de Cholula, principal centro religioso y comercial en la época prehispánica y de evangelización en la época colonial al ser sede de uno de los conventos franciscanos más importantes de la Nueva España, así como apreciar la belleza de la calles de la ciudad actual y de degustar de una de las bebidas típicas locales de Cholula. 1. En este recorrido se visitará la pirámide de Cholula, ascendermos a la cúspide, donde está el templo de la Virgen de los Remedios, desd ahí se observa todo el Valle de Puebla y los volcanes nevados. 2. Posteriormente, visitaremos el museo regional, donde se exhiben los últimos hallazgos arqueológicos y una colección importante de artesanías y etnografía local. 3. Después nos trasladaremos al Convento de San Gabriel y a su Capilla Real, edificación de estilo románico y mudéjar. 4. Finalmente se asistirá a una cata de pulques y curados, ya que versa la leyenda que la diosa Mayahuétl inventó el pulque en los albores de la historia y la evidencia arqueológica nos muestra un mural prehispánico dónde los cholultecas celebran en una ceremonia con ésta mística bebida. Al término el visitante tendrá una experiencia única del pasado prehispánico y colonial al contemporáneo, pasando de la parte estética y visual al sentido del gusto.

Esta experiencia tiene como motivo mostrar algunos de los principales templos barrocos y centros de culto religioso católico desde la fundación de la Ciudad de Puebla hasta el presente, visitando algunas de las iglesias más ricas del arte barroco y conventos, las reliquias de sus santos como el cuerpo del beato San Sebastián de Aparicio o las imágenes más veneradas cuyo culto tiene gran devoción como el Señor de las Maravillas. Esto con el objetivo de trasladar al visitante a una experiencia religiosa, mística de como se vivía en el pasado y a la devoción del presente. Iniciamos con un recorrido por la Catedral de Puebla para admirar sus rincones; luego nos trasladamos al templo de Santo Domingo dónde está la famosa capilla del Rosario, considerada la octava maravilla por su decoración barroca. Seguimos después a la iglesia de Santa Mónica dónde está la muy veneradas imagen del Señor de las Maravillas, visitada por ser miles de fieles de todo México y diferentes países. Después vamos al templo de San Francisco, dónde yace el el cuerpo incorrupto del Beato Sn. Sebastián de Aparicio, cuya gran veneración procede desde el siglo XVIII y por ser el patrón de los transportistas y conductores, atrayendo miles de fieles. Y terminamos en un establecimiento típico del Paseo de San Francisco para refrescarse tomando aguas típicas de temporada.
