One bedroom ocean view villa in the heart of Hilton Head Island and Coligny Plaza. Steps to private beach access and just a short walk to the Tiki Hut. The villa is very clean and well cared for. Small kitchenette which includes oven, microwave and fridge. Bunks in hallway, recommended for young children. Weight limit on ladder: 75lbs. Beautiful updated Beachfront One Bedroom king size large villa with a queen size sofa sleeper and a new foam mattress roll around oversized twin bed. Outstanding amenities include two heated pools, heated spa, firepit, new barbeque grills, outdoor dining, gazebo area and only a few steps through the private gate and you are on the beach. Palmetto Dunes in 2024 is rated as the 8th best resort in the country. Golf, tennis, pickleball, beach sports, biking, kayaking and great restaurants.

Brand new pool w/tanning shelf, 1,400 SF outdoor living. Game room w/air hockey, pool table. Winter amenities: separate, high end hot tub & fireplace in both great rooms. Sea's the Day-Walk to Ocean-Ocean Breeze

Please see our almost 1000 5-star reviews at our other properties. This chic and modern open concept Townhouse is filled with light. And, this end unit townhouse allows for much more light. Beautiful renovations and new furniture will welcome you to your favorite retreat on the island. All 3 bedrooms have attached private bathrooms. 1 is on the main floor and 2 upstairs. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Both Coligny and the new Celebration park are very close too.
