Embrace the blissful ambiance of this tastefully appointed retreat. The home features terraced living areas, rustic wood accents, an array of furnishings and decor, central heat and air conditioning, well supplied kitchen and a backyard patio with a dining space, lounges, gas grill, a solar heated pool and a hot tub.
Four bicycles are available for guests to use.
Note: Solar heated pool is usually comfortably warm from May to October. It is not heated during the winter months.
The hot tub is heated year-round.
NO PARTIES: including bachelor, bachelorette, wedding rehearsal dinners, etc.
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is approximately 2000 sq. feet. It accommodates 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of 1 Cal King Bed, 3 Queen Beds.
The house is located on a small, private cul-de-sac. The neighbors are all friendly, mostly original owners making for a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Noisy parties are NOT appropriate.
The dining room boasts a beautiful wooden dining table that seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinetry, gas range, microwave hood, dish washer, and an island with counter stools and recessed lighting. Feel free to use all the kitchen appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc.
The living room includes a 60-inch smart TV and a Bose surround sound system. The family/game room (stocked with an assortment of board games) contains a fireplace/wood stove, wet bar and opens to the patio area.
The backyard has a solar heated swimming pool (cold in the winter months, generally comfortable June to October) and 5 person hot tub (heated year round), and is furnished with comfortable, matching dining and club chair sets.
The master bedroom boasts a cal-king sleigh bed with quality bedding and an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a window sitting area.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed.
The fourth bedroom is located downstair; has a queen bed and is adjacent to the third bathroom.

Note: this home is a standard "tri-level". There is a shorter than normal stairway (9 steps) between the main floor and the second floor. There is an even shorter stairway (5 steps) from the main floor down to the family room and backyard. Total of 14 steps. This is the same total number of steps (treads) typically found on stairways between the first and second floors of most two story homes. (Additionally, the foyer is raised a little less than a normal stair step.) So, it has the same number of stair steps as most 2 story homes. However, the steps are divided into two shorter stairways.

We are always available by phone/text and we have a local manager who lives very close by.
The property is located on a quiet, private cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors and easy access to downtown, parks, and wineries.
Home is located just off Arnold Drive near the golf course.
