This is my second time staying at this apartment and third time in the tower. Trust me, it is worth it! The hosts are very accommodating and they are committed to providing a stellar experience throughout your stay. Anytime I had a question, they were there to respond and offered to come on site if necessary. The infinity pool on the rooftop provides an incredible view of downtown Santo Domingo and the staff at the tower are very service oriented and go out of their way time and again to ensure guests feel like this is “home away from home.” In my opinion, this is quickly becoming a very popular tower for those very reasons.

My stay was absolutely amazing. Quirina’s level of hosting goes beyond what you can imagine. The pictures do not do justice to the place. The place has everything you need for a long stay. I was there for over a month and felt at home. I woke up early every morning and sat on the beautiful, new, comfortable sofa and watched the sunrise. It was breathtakingly beautiful!! The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The location is perfect! You can walk to great malls and supermarkets in the area. I would walk somewhere every day the weather would permit. The place is in the heart of the city. I can’t forget the awesome staff at the building. They were always very friendly and willing to help.There is always someone available and they have many people there keeping the building clean and safe 24 hours a day. I highly recommend this place and Quirina as a host. I will always remember my amazing stay! 😊

Great location next to everything in Zona Colonial. Very clean and comfortable to stay in, the rooftop patio was a big plus! We had everything we needed and could find anything we needed with the location being so convenient. Manuel was a great host, very responsive and very helpful with everything. I would highly recommend staying here!

This house was perfect for me. I was able to be really close to the airport which was convenient. The staff miky was also very helpful and made my experience amazing to say the least. This house is perfect for a family gathering or a quiet getaway from reality. I would definitely rebook in the future.

My husband and I travel a lot to the country and have stayed in multiple Airbnb’s. This I believe has been my favorite! The location, cleanliness and even the apt distribution were perfect. Upon arrival our hot water wasn’t working and our host took care of it less than 5 minutes after letting her know. I will most likely rent again in March for a business trip. Perfection!

Jose Luis is an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. The building staff are helpful and friendly. It does not have a washer/dryer in the unit, however, there is laundry pickup and delivery service. I stayed 3 weeks, unfortunately, I had to leave due to ongoing construction in the apartment next door.

Beautiful apartment, well situated near, supermarkets, restaurants, Malls. A bit noisy in the early morning hours due to the side lot construction. I just spend 17 great nights at the apartment no issues. Sad to leave and would definitely stay again and recommend.

Excelente sitio, mejores atenciones. Amenidades bien cuidadas, mucho espacio y bien cuidado. Muy moderno y adecuado. Tiene internet de starlink, el cual puede presentar inestabilidades en ciertos momentos como fue el caso. Fuera de eso, todo en orden. Marcelo responde muy rapido y muy atento.

Please look no further, this place is amazing! The location is a nature sanctuary, surrounded by the abundance of carefully selected trees and plants that enhances every site you see. The house feels like it’s brand new…Everything works as it’s supposed to. The hot water, the technology of high speed internet, the music speaker, the equipped kitchen, the bubbles and colorful jacuzzi surrounded by a river stream. It is so clean. The beds are super comfortable and the whole environment says luxury. The gigantic bonus is Bryan. I haven’t encounter a more attentive and helpful host. He stopped at nothing to ensure we enjoy our stay and was always available for any questions. From the reservation to our departure, Bryan was fantastic! I wish I live there.
