A grounding ritual follows, using fragrant herbs to awaken the senses. Then, the magic begins: Harvest & Prep – I’ll show you how to pick fresh rosemary, lemon verbena, and kumquats, clean them, and prepare them for dehydration. Processing & Infusion – Crush dried herbs, measure ingredients, and infuse oils, learning how plants transform into potent healing remedies. This hands-on experience is deeply engaging, yet meditative—an opportunity to slow down, connect with nature, and carry new knowledge forward. Join me for a hike from the base of Griffith Park to its iconic Observatory, all set to a custom playlist of your favorite songs. • We’ll meet at the bear statue at the Fern Dell entrance to Griffith Park and begin our 50-minute, moderate hike up to the Observatory. • Along the way, I’ll share Griffith Park’s history and keep you motivated as we gain elevation. • We’ll end at the Griffith Park Observatory, where we’ll take in views of the Los Angeles skyline. From there, we can either continue back down together or I can offer you tips for alternate scenic routes with grander views of Los Angeles and the Hollywood Sign. • Get ready to work up a sweat while taking in the best views Los Angeles has to offer!
